RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

Our house policy promotes responsible service of alcohol. Management and staff and the Licensee reserve the right to limit or refuse service of alcohol to guests in the Motel who appear intoxicated.

SMOKING POLICY

The Clarence On Melville is a 100% non-smoking property. There is a significant recovery charge of AUD$400.00 per day, for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, please note that we have a strict No-Party Policy. 

All non-registered guests must vacate rooms no later than 10.00pm.
